Added igmz flag to choice of full gamma/Z structure or not in relevant e+e- processes.

The new generator takes into account complete one-loop and some higher-order electroweak radiative corrections with finite particle masses and polarizations. ReneSANCe effectively operates in the collinear region and at the wide range of center-of-mass energies.
In the mcsanc v1.21 program the bug in the HO EW correction caclulations is fixed.

Please read the instructions (in tgz file) for using this package. In v1.00 package the modules are taken from the sanc_cc_v1.02 package.
